When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chan Cho got free with Julio Vera in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Richard Textex tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play forced Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goalkeeper Richard Textex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of the match. When Chan Cho came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chan Cho in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Textex didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Textex read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Textex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Textex made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Richard Textex made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Richard Textex. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 61st minute of play. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Richard Textex made a huge save. In the 65th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. 72 minutes into the match, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goalkeeper Richard Textex had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Richard Textex made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 77th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Pablo Garcia De Paredes was substituted for Jonathan De Gracia. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Richard Textex to make any attempt to save it. Ecuador played a much better game than Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC and deserved their victory. The Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
