The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Brysz got free with Marco Day in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Monty Rogers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tobiasz Orszak hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktoras Rurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Dariusz Brysz sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Brysz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 88 played minutes FC Devils got a freekick which was hit by Ali Kağan Oğuzalp. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Khalid Parry managed to get in a good position for a shot. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Khalid Parry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Boruc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. USA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
