Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Walroth in the 78th minute of play. Grimório's Joel Lüüs managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lautaro Mancebo in the 80 minute of the game. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Grimório throughout the match.
