Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zachary Molski started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Radowit Fleszar. ATLAS Mysłowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Julian Ciborek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ATLAS Mysłowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Ciborek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radowit Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ATLAS Mysłowice booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. ATLAS Mysłowice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eddi Czarny in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With an all-out effort, ATLAS Mysłowice's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Szczepan Klocko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ATLAS Mysłowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Molski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Stanislaw Koperski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Stanislaw Koperski made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ryszard Muka immediately put the ball in play. ATLAS Mysłowice's Radowit Fleszar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 56th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radowit Fleszar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 63rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Molski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Radowit Fleszar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute. ATLAS Mysłowice's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomas Illescas 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Radowit Fleszar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Hajder came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
