Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Gipuzkoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Gilabert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Gilabert in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Gilabert in the 10th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of ARLO FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Venezuela's Alex Chicote seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alex Chicote the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Venezuela protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alex Chicote had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 17th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, ARLO FC's Eric Connor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Denis Gipuzkoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Gilabert's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Nico Cordero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. Eric Connor missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 48 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jonathan Ferrant right hand side.

57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Gilabert came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. In the 76th minute, Patricio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Gipuzkoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. When Eric Connor fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARLO FC's protests and gave Eric Connor a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Connor kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Gilabert came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Cordero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Gilabert in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Roberto Ocampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Denis Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
