CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Julian Drebit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 11th minute of play. Cassius Byrne might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Drebit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cassius Byrne ran back to his position shaking his head. Samuca Campidelis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Campidelis in the 18th minute of play. Julian Drebit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jenson Smith to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of USA booed when CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Valdez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Drebit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Samuca Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuca Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 38thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Julian Drebit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Cassius Byrne sped through CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julian Drebit. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. USA's Cassius Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julian Drebit. Cassius Byrne showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Julian Drebit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Campbell in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Sam Campbell could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Julian Drebit however easily saved by the left post. In the 80th minute of the match, Sam Campbell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julian Drebit was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Khalid Parry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julian Drebit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Julian Drebit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goalkeeper Julian Drebit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ.
