Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicki Nick in the 6th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZigZag Athletic's Mehmet Akif Ersoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Mexico fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Mexico's Joel Gaona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 11th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Akif Ersoy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice moves Rodrigo Nestor could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Nestor during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ZigZag Athletic's Rodrigo Nestor got a free kick in the 20th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicki Nick in the 21st minute of the match. Mehmet Akif Ersoy came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Akif Ersoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in ZigZag Athletic's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Akif Ersoy came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Tiago Corrêa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Jacek Zjawin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ZigZag Athletic players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Nestor was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Akif Ersoy having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Nestor in the 76th minute of the match. ZigZag Athletic's Rodrigo Nestor got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Rodrigo Nestor off the ground. Rodrigo Nestor hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tiago Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehmet Akif Ersoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the ZigZag Athletic defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. The ZigZag Athletic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Akif Ersoy should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ZigZag Athletic throughout the match.
