In the 16th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 19th match minute, Kivimaki FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Portillo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Kivimaki FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela were furious when Rigoberto Mina was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patricio Costa to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matia Portillo in the 57th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th match minute, Kivimaki FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Portillo to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bizen Iniesta, 1-4. 70 minutes into the game, Urtungo Soler threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Llorian Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kivimaki FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Joshua Secada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bizen Iniesta came out and tried to block the shot, but Joshua Secada slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 83rd minute. After 87 played minutes Kivimaki FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Portillo. After 94 minutes, Matia Portillo made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jose Correa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Salvador Portillo in the 98 minute of the game.
