Drottningens Parkväktare's Bernt Browald shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Olov Linquist but with some difficulty. Jim Frykberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Andreas Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Harléns short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Olov Linquist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Olov Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Harlén, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Kullgren got free with Andreas Fransson in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
