In the 23rd minute Estebano Lecanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Rondanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Talcampeón FC's protests and gave Sergi Hoevel a yellow card for diving instead. El Pinar's Milio Carcamo was substituted for Ronaldo Feloaga. Ni Tian Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lolo Acharan in the 66th minute of the match.
