Edgardo Rondanelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Muñes de Don Cuco. In the 27th minute Rien Oss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Rondanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rien Oss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Rondanelli was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute of the match Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a corner. Talcampeón FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aureliano Cordeiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Los Muñes de Don Cuco's corner Peyami Hasanbeyli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgardo Rondanelli quite easily take care of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Ramon Pero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Rondanelli. Talcampeón FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramon Pero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. During the 94th minute of the match Peyami Hasanbeyli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Peyami Hasanbeyli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Peyami Hasanbeyli hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Muñes de Don Cuco eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
