Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. USA's Cassius Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Dolmos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute Josemir Lujambio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josemir Lujambio. In the 12th minute of the match, Josemir Lujambio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marco Day was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Nofre's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Denis Dolmos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 17th minute of the match. Pastor Nofre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Fabian Brown hit a great ball. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eufemio Yabbarov in the 21st minute of play. Denis Dolmos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With an all-out effort, Atlético Argentino's Marco Day threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Josemir Lujambio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Josemir Lujambio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Eufemio Yabbarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Denis Dolmos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Dolmos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Dolmos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Atlético Argentino's Eulalio Jago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0.

A collision led to Atlético Argentino getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Horaţiu Dudău hit a great ball. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 61st minute of the match. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Dolmos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66thth minute of the game Monty Rogers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Argentino's Denis Dolmos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennu Krae in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Josemir Lujambio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Josemir Lujambio put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Day. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. After a rather tough play, USA's Fabian Brown got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Brown. When Eufemio Yabbarov came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Atlético Argentino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eufemio Yabbarov couldn't finish the play. 3-0 became the score in the 84th minute when Ennu Krae elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Atlético Argentino's David Piarres was substituted for Josemir Lujambio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Denis Dolmos in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 93rd minute of play forced Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Denis Dolmos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sam Campbell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Denis Dolmos made a huge save. In the 97th minute, USA's Khalid Parry dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1.
