Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Gisbert in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck A.J. 关平 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Kenneth Alberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 31st minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but A.J. 关平 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Escribano. In the 34th minute, 温振棋 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Alberg in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenneth Alberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsa Cevar in the 52nd minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Zbydniewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Jakub Zbydniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Jakub Zbydniewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute, İsa Cevar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Siang hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kenneth Alberg's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but A.J. 关平 made a huge save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İsa Cevar couldn't finish the play. When İsa Cevar came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the ≮王者归来≯桃花山上桃花庵，桃花庵里赏花赏月赏秋香 fans jumped to their feet.
