With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Wilfredo León tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zbigniew Laba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 7th minute of the match. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbigniew Laba. Zbigniew Laba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Szymon Labus kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbigniew Laba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. Zbigniew Laba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Laba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Zbigniew Laba. White Star Troopers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to White Star Troopers getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bartosz Bentkowski hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 minutes, Alberto Tafalla made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Mancebo in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zbigniew Laba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save White Star Troopers from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Bartosz Bentkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Zbigniew Laba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Zbigniew Laba. White Star Troopers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in White Star Troopers's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbigniew Laba came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zbigniew Laba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Bentkowski in the 85th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Bentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. White Star Troopers's Adam Proca was substituted for Wilfredo León. A collision led to White Star Troopers getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ludomil Zaremba hit a great ball. Mexico played a much better game than White Star Troopers and deserved their victory. The White Star Troopers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
