Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gerasimos Kalonis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tolis Mantouvalos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 6 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Faruk Bayındır in the 7th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Gerasimos Kalonis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Faris Seng could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Toutourouki f.c.'s Makis Iosifakos got a free kick in the 17th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Faruk Bayındır kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Carballo. In the 37th minute, Giorgos Kazatzidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Faruk Bayındır came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ali Faruk Bayındır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Faruk Bayındır in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerasimos Kalonis in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Leonidas Lithopoulos came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Gerasimos Kalonis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toutourouki f.c. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 63rd match minute, Toutourouki f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Faruk Bayındır to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerasimos Kalonis in the 70th minute of play. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Toutourouki f.c. getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Makis Iosifakos hit a great ball. Faris Seng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Makis Iosifakos came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ali Faruk Bayındır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Faris Seng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Gerasimos Kalonis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Gerasimos Kalonis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
