In the 13th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Șerban Finteșteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Șerban Finteșteanu came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Șerban Finteșteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 16th minute of play. Valeriu Donecea kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Șerban Finteșteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Șerban Finteșteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Șerban Finteșteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 20th minute of play. Șerban Finteșteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Isidoro Sarmiento took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Șerban Finteșteanu. Șerban Finteșteanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Isidoro Sarmiento scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Șerban Finteșteanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Șerban Finteșteanu. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 35 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Șerban Finteșteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Șerban Finteșteanu was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Paraschivescu made a kick off. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Șerban Finteșteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dylan Sarmiento made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Miguel Miralles however managed to control. Jose Carita made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tomas Berganza however managed to control. Abraham Alguacil came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Șerban Finteșteanu could save by the left post. 67 minutes into the game, Eugen Popeneciu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Eugen Popeneciu got a free kick in the 67th minute. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Tomas Berganza scored to the left of an out of position Șerban Finteșteanu, making the score, 0-6. Șerban Finteșteanu was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Abraham Alguacil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abraham Alguacil really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Șerban Finteșteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Miguel Miralles got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Cambeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Șerban Finteșteanu was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Isidoro Sarmiento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidoro Sarmiento really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Panama played a much better game than C Ａ R D I N Ａ L and deserved their victory. The C Ａ R D I N Ａ L players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
