Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Mateo Palacio scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. Olgierd Cempa might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olgierd Cempa ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Jajko having to interfere. After 13th play minutes Mateo Palacio shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Mateo Palacio scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 3-0. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Palacio came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Mateo Palacio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Mateo Palacio made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Czeslaw Pawlak. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tolek Wojtyna was slow to take the kick. During this time Zjem Cię's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tolek Wojtyna got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Napoleon Jajko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mateo Palacios short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Palacio in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Zjem Cię made a substitution. Murillo Cedeno replaced Tolek Wojtyna. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Czeslaw Pawlak's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When Zjem Cię's Olgierd Cempa in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Murillo Cedeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murillo Cedeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Miroslaw Cichowski's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miroslaw Cichowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Zjem Cię was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Cichowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Mateo Palacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 85th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Zjem Cię were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olgierd Cempa took the corner. Zjem Cię's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
