Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. Tomas Berganza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vrasidas Panaretos having to make a save. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shao Ting Xing's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Shao Ting Xing put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcos Cotilla. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Shao Ting Xing tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vrasidas Panaretos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gris Maffian getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gottfrid Larsson hit a great ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Gris Maffian's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Miralles came free, but Vrasidas Panaretos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shao Ting Xing took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gris Maffian's Vrasidas Panaretos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 36th minute of play. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shao Ting Xing to make the kick off. Vrasidas Panaretos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 58th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vrasidas Panaretos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 60th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shao Ting Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. Gris Maffian's Vrasidas Panaretos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Gris Maffian's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Vrasidas Panaretos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vrasidas Panaretos having to interfere. Vrasidas Panaretos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panama were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
