Kenneth Strandsgaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenneth Strandsgaard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Strandsgaard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Amager FC made a substitution. Anders Gjalbech replaced Seyit Sözmen. When Mariano Lacasa, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kenneth Strandsgaard was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ludwig Darsberg hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amin Rostvold in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuel Bitsch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Amager FC throughout the match.
