The supporters of ФК КрасноДАР booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 minutes of play, ФК КрасноДАР's Benjamin Artmann made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute Anatoliy Olenenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anatoliy Olenenko was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, ФК КрасноДАР's Filimon Rodimov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of ФК КрасноДАР booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filimon Rodimov in the 61st minute of the match. Long Xuan Jing hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th match minute, ФК КрасноДАР was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Norberg to maneuver through the defense. ФК КрасноДАР made a substitution. Gerasim Lyutov replaced Benjamin Artmann. After a rather tough play, ФК КрасноДАР's Torsten Norberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Anatoliy Olenenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris de Kok in the 78th minute of the match. After 80 minutes, Andrey Savischev made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by ФК КрасноДАР's Andrey Savischev. But to his dismay, Andrey Savischev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Long Xuan Jing's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Long Xuan Jing helped the player get up and apologised. 89 minutes into the game, one of ФК КрасноДАР:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomas Illescas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Torsten Norberg hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ФК КрасноДАР had played much better football throughout.
