Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. Flavio Pan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 3rd minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Bencivenni in the 11th minute of play. Flavio Pan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Escribano's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Pala's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Pala helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes PomeziaRamblers got a freekick which was hit by Federico Pala. In the 22nd minute, Jaime Cazalla sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PomeziaRamblers's Flavio Pan didn't even have to move. After 23 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Pan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Pan having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Flavio Pan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Pan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Flavio Pan came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
The wind increased when Armin Trivelli made the kick off in the second half. When Camilo Franco fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Camilo Franco a yellow card for diving instead. Flavio Pan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Gisbert came free, but Flavio Pan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Flavio Pan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 65th minute, Corrado Muzzolon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Federico Pala put in a rough tackle. Jaime Cazalla walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 76 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Flavio Pan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Seco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Pan came out and tried to block the shot, but Francisco Seco slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 79th minute. Armin Trivelli struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PomeziaRamblers. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Francisco Seco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute, PomeziaRamblers's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Seco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Flavio Pan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Flavio Pan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert in the 94th minute of play. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Flavio Pan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armin Trivelli in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Uruguay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
