Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Costa Rica booed when BK Gunilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Nyqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Puig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Axel Thidén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. 12 minutes into the game, BK Gunilla's Timmy Skog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Nils-Åke Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Timmy Skog notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Otto Smitt took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timmy Skog in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Skräddare came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis. 44 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timmy Skog. Timmy Skogs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Tasis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Oskar Britz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Otto Smitt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Skog in the 57th minute of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Smitt in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. William Olenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy Skog in the 67th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the BK Gunilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseo Noboa during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 76th minute. When BK Gunilla's Timmy Skog in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timmy Skog in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Axel Thidén. Axel Thidén yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BK Gunilla had played much better football throughout.
