Dursun Ali Mensur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play forced SEFEROĞULLARI's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Mensur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, SEFEROĞULLARI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barış Özçelik to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dursun Ali Mensur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Agustín Saelices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dursun Ali Mensur having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cumhur Talut in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Cumhur Talut put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. After 60 minutes, Ahmet Ceyhan Oğuzkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SEFEROĞULLARI and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Cumhur Talut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Yaşar Sefercik came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
