When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Joel Gaona sped through Les Presidents FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kuido Undusk. Kuido Undusk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 14th minute of play forced Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Kuido Undusk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Kuido Undusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Hermelando Coello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Kuido Undusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Gendre in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Hermelando Coello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermelando Coello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kuido Undusk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Gendre came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Les Presidents FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Les Presidents FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Les Presidents FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
