The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. With a little luck, 61 PIMMS FC's Günalp Taştan got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. 61 PIMMS FC made a substitution.
