Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mariano Lacasa got the match started through his kick off. Marcos Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute of play. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Diego Simeone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Korneliusz Miodek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estudiantes de América's supporters rose to their feet, but Korneliusz Miodek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the game, one of Estudiantes de América:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Chile. Mariano Lacasa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Ranolfo. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig Fred in the 29th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Ranolfo having to make a save. Marcos Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. Prospero Gabirel made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kraig Fred immediately put the ball in play. Chile's Jose Manzanedo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kert Roolaid in the 43 minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kraig Fred to strike the kick off in the second half. Kraig Fred blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. Estudiantes de América's Traian Blăniță was substituted for Flavio Iraunkor. Estudiantes de América's Concetto Trasatti was substituted for Kraig Fred. Prospero Gabirel hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Prospero Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Trasatti in the 76th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Concetto Trasatti in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Ranolfo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The Estudiantes de América players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
