Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Filippos Stathopoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 7th minute Filippos Stathopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Lillhärdal BF's Filippos Stathopoulos. But to his dismay, Filippos Stathopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 12 minutes into the game, Filippos Stathopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Sixten Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lillhärdal BF's Filippos Stathopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippos Stathopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Filippos Stathopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippos Stathopoulos in the 26th minute of play. Lillhärdal BF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Qin Han Jing in the 27th minute. The corner led Lillhärdal BF's Qin Han Jing to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Berkem Heybetli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lillhärdal BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkem Heybetli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lillhärdal BF's Edgar Bornescu got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With an all-out effort, Lillhärdal BF's Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filippos Stathopoulos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lillhärdal BF were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qin Han Jing took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Berkem Heybetli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lillhärdal BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Berkem Heybetli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Berkem Heybetli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Berkem Heybetli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Berkem Heybetli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berkem Heybetli to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lillhärdal BF's Filippos Stathopoulos. But to his dismay, Filippos Stathopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Berkem Heybetli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egil Sikström charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egil Sikström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 minutes of play, Lillhärdal BF's Berkem Heybetli made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Filippos Stathopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Lillhärdal BF's Victoriano Marques was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkem Heybetli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filippos Stathopoulos scored 7-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berkem Heybetli went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filippos Stathopoulos's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. If Berkem Heybetli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lillhärdal BF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
