Breizh Olympik's Lizbeth Pelegrina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 9th minute of play. Lizbeth Pelegrina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Breizh Olympik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anak Çelenk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lizbeth Pelegrina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lizbeth Pelegrina having to interfere. Lizbeth Pelegrina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 34th minute of play. Breizh Olympik's Lizbeth Pelegrina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Abelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Breizh Olympik's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Germain Guerra in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Quentin Welsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Breizh Olympik booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torsten Abelsson to make the kick off. With a little luck, Breizh Olympik's Lizbeth Pelegrina got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lizbeth Pelegrina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Breizh Olympik's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Lizbeth Pelegrina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Abelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breizh Olympik's Lizbeth Pelegrina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Breizh Olympik from getting a goal against them. Lizbeth Pelegrina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute of play. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Felix Montenegro. After 88 played minutes Breizh Olympik got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Smuskiewicz. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Lizbeth Pelegrina made a huge save. The Breizh Olympik fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
