Iwo Sawicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A hard shot 10 in the game by Iwo Sawicki from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Karol Ochylski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Oceania Rumia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Felix Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karol Ochylski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 22nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Oceania Rumia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Ochylski having to interfere. After 28 minutes Oceania Rumia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Karol Ochylski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Felix Montes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Oceania Rumia's Karol Ochylski. Karol Ochylski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karol Ochylski came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
The wind increased when Iwo Sawicki made the kick off in the second half. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Karol Ochylski made a huge save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Ochylski having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Oceania Rumia's goalkeeper Karol Ochylski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. 68 minutes into the match, Oceania Rumia's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Karol Ochylski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Karol Ochylski made a huge save. In the 72nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. After having played for 79 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karol Ochylski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Karol Ochylski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After 91 played minutes Oceania Rumia got a freekick which was hit by Jedrzej Tomaszewski. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Liberko in the 94th minute of the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
