Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cosimo Laudadio started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Cosimo Laudadio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, SPALLETTE RETURNS's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Marco Silvestri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Bevilacqua went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute, Cosimo Laudadio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Marco Silvestri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 17th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cosimo Laudadio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thiago Pliego. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cosimo Laudadio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Marco Silvestri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SPALLETTE RETURNS were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Bevilacqua took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Achille Tullio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 34 minutes of play, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Cosimo Laudadio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Cosimo Laudadio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 5-0. Marco Silvestri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 44th minute of the match. Ciro Immobile kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Cosimo Laudadio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Silvestri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Silvestri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Marco Silvestri in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudio Pacella kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Amedeo Palmieri was substituted for Adriano Biagetti. SPALLETTE RETURNS made a substitution. Fortunato Santone replaced Armando Izzo. After 62 played minutes SPALLETTE RETURNS got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Pacella. Felix Garrido didn't quite understand what happened when in the 63 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Marco Silvestri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 70th minute of play. Marco Silvestri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Casaus went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Antonio Nero was substituted for Achille Tullio. Marco Silvestri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 84th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Silvestri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Silvestri. SPALLETTE RETURNS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SPALLETTE RETURNS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chile had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
