Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. Bisca F.C's Andrézinho Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 2nd minute of play. After 3 minutes Bisca F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. USA's Cassius Byrne suffered a concussion after 5 minutes and had to leave the field. After 5 minutes, João Augusto de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bisca F.C and the USA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, João Augusto de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bisca F.C's goalkeeper Andrézinho Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Pombal came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrézinho Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Baker in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrézinho Viana saved Bisca F.C from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Marco Baker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrézinho Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monty Rogers, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 27th minute of play forced Bisca F.C's goalkeeper Andrézinho Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrézinho Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrézinho Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 38th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marco Baker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Viana was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Doriva Pombal made the kick off in the second half. Doriva Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrézinho Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Baker in the 69th minute. Marco Baker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrézinho Viana having to make a save. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bisca F.C's goalkeeper Andrézinho Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Baker got free with Andrézinho Viana in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bisca F.C made a substitution. Jan Söderberg replaced Doriva Pombal. In the 78th minute USA were awarded a corner. Jenson Smith went to the cornerflag to take it. Marco Baker in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrézinho Viana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edward Mcdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Andrézinho Viana made a huge save. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neno Ruychev in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Franklin Abraão was slow to take the kick. During this time Bisca F.C's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Franklin Abraão almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. After 91 played minutes Bisca F.C got a freekick which was hit by Válter de Castro. After 94 played minutes Bisca F.C got a freekick which was hit by Paulão Cabral. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
