In the 19th minute, Rodrigo Pepetela's 黄国青 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, 陆伟杰 took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Noel Seide to make any attempt to save it. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when 邱建云 sent off a good shot on target. When 沈延勇 came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Rodrigo Pepetela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 沈延勇 couldn't finish the play. In the game's 45th minute Rodrigo Pepetela's 王川宽 took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Noel Seide and thus the score was 4-0. The supporters of Rodrigo Pepetela booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saint Jean Pierre didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. After 64 minutes of play, Rodrigo Pepetela's 黄国青 made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when 黄国青 came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, 黄国青 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by 黄国青 in the 79th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 陆伟杰, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
