Vladislav Hampejs had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyge Oehlerich having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladislav Hampejs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladislav Hampejs in the 38th minute of the match. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Pheonix FC's Marcel Militaru couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Venezuela. Vladislav Hampejs succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 44th playminute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladislav Hampejs was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Pheonix FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Militaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladislav Hampejs in the 64th minute of play. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Tyge Oehlerich skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 87th minute, Jørn Resø made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-3. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jørn Resø, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
