After 16 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Max Langford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 20 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Heavenly Hooters's Max Langford tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Langford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Max Langford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Espinar in the 26th minute of play. Max Langford stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max Langford. Heavenly Hooters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 32nd minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Max Langford was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 40 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Max Langford took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heavenly Hooters's Max Langford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Harold Lloyd threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Heavenly Hooters's Max Langford proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Heavenly Hooters from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Langford was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. The goal made the score 0-12. 88 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Espinar came free, but Max Langford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. Heavenly Hooters's Max Langford tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Max Langford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
