If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gong Cheng Yu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 23 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Arif Ceberut in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Yüksel Çelikhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yüksel Çelikhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, ALYA FC's Adán Treviño got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yüksel Çelikhan got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, ALYA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Canalp to maneuver through the defense. Yalçın Abdulhakimoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Yüksel Çelikhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Yüksel Çelikhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by ALYA FC's Yüksel Çelikhan. But to his dismay, Yüksel Çelikhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Adamowicz in the 64th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Yüksel Çelikhan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. ALYA FC's Octavio Truylos was substituted for Ahmet Arif Ceberut. ALYA FC made a substitution. Paşa Ali Tecelli replaced Yalçın Abdulhakimoğlu. ALYA FC's Mutlu Hüryaşar was substituted for Miklós Kolozsvári. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Illescas during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Paşa Ali Tecelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ALYA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
