Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Rova Rosiori booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Cadaval didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th match minute, Rova Rosiori was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 孟诚寒 to maneuver through the defense. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Rova Rosiori's 孟诚寒. But to his dismay, 孟诚寒 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Dumitru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, 孟诚寒 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and 孟诚寒 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Aelenei in the 38th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Ştefan Aelenei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Ştefan Aelenei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Rova Rosiori's Paul Dumitru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 孟诚寒. 47 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rova Rosiori the free kick. After 47 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grigore Jula was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, 孟诚寒 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rova Rosiori's supporters rose to their feet, but 孟诚寒 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Grigore Jula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. In the 65th minute 孟诚寒 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rova Rosiori's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sergiu Burdea in the 66th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Grigore Jula came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Grigore Jula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Natanael Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Paul Dumitru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 81st minute Grigore Jula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 83rd minute of play forced Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Paul Dumitru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Paul Dumitru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute, Avram Teodorescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
