But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ye Yan Yu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Salazar came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Cadáveres Voladores's Birger Ståhlman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cadáveres Voladores the free kick.
