Andre Baagland charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andre Baagland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Andre Baagland hit a great ball. Hansmorten Wrang's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Randers A.F.C.:s Kornelius Lynbek showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. After 4 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kornelius Lynbek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 minutes of play Randers A.F.C.'s Andre Baagland was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Andre Baagland hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Rubaun in the 14th minute of the match. Kornelius Lynbek came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 20th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 29 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kornelius Lynbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Kornelius Lynbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Cristian Sancho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Per Pasbøl hit a great ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hansmorten Wrang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Randers A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hansmorten Wrang to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 71 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Cristian Sancho rounded Randers A.F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Kornelius Lynbek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kornelius Lynbek. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kornelius Lynbek having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kornelius Lynbek. That made the score 0-8 in the 86 minute of play. With a little luck, Randers A.F.C.'s Kornelius Lynbek got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
