In the 9thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Harriet. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeo Distiratsu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Peru's Julian Murillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 23 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeo Distiratsu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Gitano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Gitano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th match minute, Jarana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateusz Piontkovskiy to maneuver through the defense. In the 38thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 39th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Peru's Alonso Berganza got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Harriet to strike the kick off in the second half. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 60th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 61st minute of play. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Tadeo Distiratsu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tadeo Distiratsu made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Tadeo Distiratsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Tadeo Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Jarana FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
