Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica were furious when Alexander Carballo was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 5th minute, one of Costa Rica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Costa Rica. Lúcio Simão scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Habilirows's Zé Paulo Ramos in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. 19 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Ramos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Paulo Ramos got free with Benito Sanz in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Guilherme Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Habilirows's Zé Paulo Ramos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Habilirows's Guilherme Garcia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 39 minutes into the match, Guilherme Garcia notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Habilirows's Guilherme Garcia in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 52 minutes, Amílton de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Habilirows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amílton de Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guilherme Garcia took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Mazinho Ribeiro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lúcio Simão went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Ramos in the 70th minute of play. After 73rd play minutes Guilherme Garcia shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celsinho Messias went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. If Celsinho Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Garcia in the 86th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celsinho Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The supporters of Habilirows booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes of play Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 93rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. Habilirows's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
