Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sten Melberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Camilo Gisbert made in the 2nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Di Röe's Jens Åkerman. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but George Kristiansson was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Melberg in the 9th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Sten Melberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 14 minutes, Kent Gunnarsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Di Röe and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kent Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. George Kristiansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Di Röe's Sten Melberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Sten Melberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Sten Melberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Melberg went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Sten Melberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the game, Zhu Bin Le was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Zhu Bin Le got a free kick in the 44th minute.

When Bedih Rafet fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Di Röe's protests and gave Bedih Rafet a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Bedih Rafet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Sten Melberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After 63 minutes of play, Di Röe's Sten Melberg made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Di Röe's Knut Engström was substituted for Elliot Kellbom. Di Röe's Arnaldo da Fonseca was substituted for Sten Melberg. 68 minutes into the game, Gerard Tan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gerard Tan hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Arnaldo da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo da Fonseca in the 90th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerard Tan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Engström in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo da Fonseca in the 96th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Di Röe had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
