Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigiusz Cisek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 10 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wieslaw Wykowski fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majachun's protests and gave Wieslaw Wykowski a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Majachun got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Wykowski. After 15 minutes, Roland Olivier made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Olivier in the 18th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Majachun's corner Stefan Niziolek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Pankowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gianluigi Donnarumma was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Pankowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Gianluigi Donnarumma. Majachun's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gianluigi Donnarumma, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Majachun. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Gianluigi Donnarumma in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Agustín Saelices got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-3. 58 minutes into the match. Gianluigi Donnarumma made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Majachun's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Luis Andino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Donnarumma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 71st minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gianluigi Donnarumma was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Majachun's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Donnarumma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 74 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Gianluigi Donnarumma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Remigiusz Cisek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Cisek, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stefan Niziolek who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Roland Olivier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Majachun's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Olivier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfred Pankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ecuador supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ecuador would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
