Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Johan Lööf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Boys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Johan Lööf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that La Boys's Johan Lööf managed to reach the ball for a save. Giacomo Casanova took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. La Boys's Johan Lööf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Johan Lööf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Giacomo Casanova came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Andrew Tate notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute Giacomo Casanova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Bernt Hedling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Lööf having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrew Tate got free with Julio Vera in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig-Arne Hake hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giacomo Casanova stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, La Boys's Torbjörn Göransson got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a little luck, La Boys's Johan Lööf got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johan Lööf having to make a save. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Johan Lööf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cristian Sancho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Johan Lööf quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Johan Lööf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of the match. Johan Lööf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 87th minute. The supporters of La Boys booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Stig-Arne Hake fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Boys's protests and gave Stig-Arne Hake a yellow card for diving instead. Stig-Arne Hake hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The La Boys support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
