Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced Greencard's goalkeeper Nanang Wardhana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilham Mahuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nanang Wardhana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. Nanang Wardhana came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nanang Wardhana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Suryo Nurpijal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nanang Wardhana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play. After 47 minutes, Mamat Wirayudha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Greencard and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tora Suarlan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tora Suarlan in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nanang Wardhana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Greencard's Ilham Mahuse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Nanang Wardhana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Tora Suarlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nanang Wardhana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Tora Suarlan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karl Kornilov was slow to take the kick. During this time Greencard's players had a chance to rest. Greencard's Karl Kornilov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nanang Wardhana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Greencard to leave the ground with a draw.
