Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 3 minutes, Robert Dubiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Segmon IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Dubiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Alfons Glad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfons Glad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Gisbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Robert Dubiel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. If Leif Löfdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Segmon IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Alfons Glad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Segmon IF the free kick. In the 32nd match minute, Segmon IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Österlund to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Österlund. 40 minutes into the game, Leif Löfdahl recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Leif Löfdahl showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 42 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Finnman.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leif Löfdahl made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Glad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Dubiel in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Johannes Rosin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Johannes Rosin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Segmon IF's Joseph Österlund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Segmon IF's Leif Löfdahl in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Leif Löfdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 78th minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Alfons Glad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leif Löfdahl in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Segmon IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
