The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ersan Kutsan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dhari Al Sherazi in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tokat Spor's zone, Dhari Al Sherazi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ersan Kutsan came out of the goal and Dhari Al Sherazi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ersan Kutsan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazeed Al Hindi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tokat Spor defense, Dhari Al Sherazi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ersan Kutsan. The Tokat Spor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ersan Kutsan should have stopped the shot. After having played for 9 minutes, Yazeed Al Hindi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hook City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yazeed Al Hindi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute Baqer Al Najdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ersan Kutsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hook City's Dhari Al Sherazi got a free kick in the 13th minute. Yazeed Al Hindi took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ersan Kutsan. Ersan Kutsan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ersan Kutsan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dhari Al Sherazi in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Yazeed Al Hindi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ersan Kutsan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 26 minutes into the game, Hook City's Dhari Al Sherazi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ersan Kutsan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Tokat Spor's Ersan Kutsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Al Ajmi in the 28th minute of play. Ersan Kutsan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baqer Al Najdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Dhari Al Sherazi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ersan Kutsan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 36th minute, Yazeed Al Hindi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ersan Kutsan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Cumhur Afacan was the one to do the kick off. Ersan Kutsan was a little too slow when Dhari Al Sherazi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-10. Ersan Kutsan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dhari Al Sherazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Cuma Yurtseven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Baqer Al Najdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. 60 minutes into the game, Baqer Al Najdi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Ersan Kutsan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, Tokat Spor's goalkeeper Ersan Kutsan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baqer Al Najdi. Tokat Spor's Ersan Kutsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dhari Al Sherazi in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Tokat Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Cumhur Afacan to maneuver through the defense. Baqer Al Najdi came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Ersan Kutsan was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Dhari Al Sherazi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dhari Al Sherazi really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. The supporters of Hook City booed when Tokat Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencay Yöner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batuğ Erguvan struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Mazen Al Banai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tokat Spor. 91 minutes into the match, Yazeed Al Hindi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ersan Kutsan. Tokat Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yazeed Al Hindi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-17. In the 94th minute, Hook City's Shaker Al Ajmi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ersan Kutsan. Ersan Kutsan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-18. When the match was over Hook City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tokat Spor throughout the match.
