When Mustafa Cumhur Afacan came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Tokat Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Cumhur Afacan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Tokat Spor's Kaptan Seri got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Tokat Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Olentzaro came free, but Ersan Kutsan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Mustafa Cumhur Afacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trampa's Anacleto Firme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uriel Lastur during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Uriel Lastur hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Abel Frichoso's late challenge caught a Tokat Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Frichoso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tokat Spor booed when Trampa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Frichoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Mustafa Cumhur Afacan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Anacleto Firme. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Telmo got free with Ersan Kutsan in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
