The wind increased when Lino Meira made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Paulopolis's Murilo Cavalcante got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute Pablo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakim Frémont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Brown de Adrogué's zone, Lino Meira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Carlomagno came out of the goal and Lino Meira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoldo Aurre hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Pablo Corderun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hakim Frémont. The goal made the score 0-2. Hakim Frémont made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Pablo Corderun sent off a good shot on target. Mário Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Corderun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Hakim Frémont made a huge save. In the 96th minute, Arnoldo Aurre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brown de Adrogué fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Brown de Adrogué's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
