The tension between the Djurgården Sthlm and the Crusaders players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Crusaders booed when Djurgården Sthlm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Tholsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustacio Astrada in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raul Gar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eustacio Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gar having to interfere. Humphrey Virgin walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With a little luck, Djurgården Sthlm's Raul Gar got control of the ball when Eustacio Astrada tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Crusaders fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Crusaders's Humphrey Virgin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Todd Morrison in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raul Gar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raul Gar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humphrey Virgin in the 26th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Valdemar Håkansson put in a rough tackle. With a little luck, Djurgården Sthlm's Raul Gar got control of the ball when Eustacio Astrada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raul Gar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Holger Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Paddle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Astrada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Raul Gar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Tholsson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Humphrey Virgin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Djurgården Sthlm's Raul Gar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 played minutes Djurgården Sthlm got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Galle. In the 60th minute, Todd Morrison made a precise shot to the right of Raul Gar. Djurgården Sthlm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Crusaders's Nath Hislop was substituted for Todd Morrison. Raul Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nath Hislop in the 65th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Eustacio Astrada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Gar was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. When Alexander Galle fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Djurgården Sthlm's protests and gave Alexander Galle a yellow card for diving instead. Alexander Galle kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavros Keratomenos in the 69th minute of play forced Djurgården Sthlm's goalkeeper Raul Gar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raul Gar came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Crusaders's Humphrey Virgin. But to his dismay, Humphrey Virgin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 89th minute, Humphrey Virgin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crusaders fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Roy Keane hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Djurgården Sthlm's Raul Gar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humphrey Virgin in the 96th minute of play. Crusaders's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
