With an all-out effort, Djurgården Sthlm's Barnaba Budacz threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexander Galle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Barnaba Budacz made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jonas Tholsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute Jaroslaw Kaczynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celil Çağakan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Rolandsson in the 25th minute of play forced 2006 Los Blancos DUKLA's goalkeeper Barnaba Budacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Timothy Utter fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Djurgården Sthlm's protests and gave Timothy Utter a yellow card for diving instead. Jonas Tholsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Barnaba Budacz made a huge save. Celil Çağakan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Kaczynski in the 41st minute of play. After 41 played minutes Djurgården Sthlm got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Håkansson. In the 42nd minute Jaroslaw Kaczynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celil Çağakan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaroslaw Kaczynski to strike the kick off in the second half. Zenon Ptaszek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Celil Çağakan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wincenty Brataniec's late challenge caught a Djurgården Sthlm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wincenty Brataniec helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 2006 Los Blancos DUKLA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Wincenty Brataniec hit a great ball. Celil Çağakan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Kaczynski in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes 2006 Los Blancos DUKLA got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Ptaszek. Barnaba Budacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Galle in the 69th minute of the match. Jaroslaw Kaczynski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Celil Çağakan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Djurgården Sthlm's Celil Çağakan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Jestrimski in the 75th minute of play. Celil Çağakan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslaw Kaczynski in the 78th minute of the match. Djurgården Sthlm's Celil Çağakan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Djurgården Sthlm from getting a goal against them. Celil Çağakan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Pincoski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celil Çağakan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Kaczynski in the 92nd minute of play. Djurgården Sthlm's Celil Çağakan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Djurgården Sthlm from getting a goal against them.
